Nestled where Union Square meets Nob Hill, Pacific Cocktail Haven (P.C.H.) is an award-winning cocktail bar built on a simple philosophy: exceptional hospitality and thoughtfully crafted cocktails go hand in hand.
Since opening in 2016, P.C.H. has become a destination for both locals and visitors seeking inventive cocktails inspired by the diverse cultures and flavors of Asia and the Pacific. Our menu celebrates seasonal ingredients, culinary techniques, and global influences while honoring the timeless traditions of classic cocktail making. Every drink is designed to be approachable, balanced, and memorable.
At the heart of Pacific Cocktail Haven is our belief that hospitality is more than service—it's about creating genuine connections. Whether you're joining us for your first visit or your fiftieth, our goal is to make every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and at home.
Our pineapple logo serves as a symbol of that philosophy. For centuries, the pineapple has represented hospitality, friendship, and generosity. At P.C.H., it reflects our commitment to creating a space where conversations flourish, celebrations are shared, and lasting memories are made.
Over the years, Pacific Cocktail Haven has been recognized as one of the world's leading cocktail bars, earning accolades from the James Beard Foundation, North America's 50 Best Bars, The World's 50 Best Bars, Tales of the Cocktail, Esquire, Liquor.com, and Time Out. While these honors are deeply meaningful, our greatest achievement continues to be the community of guests, friends, and hospitality professionals who have made P.C.H. their home.
Whether you're exploring our signature cocktails, discovering new flavors, or simply enjoying a drink with friends, we invite you to experience the warmth, creativity, and hospitality that define Pacific Cocktail Haven.
